We'll first off, I will say that you are the first person of faith to come on my page and not start cussing at me in my comment box... so that is refreshing.... but anyways.. to your question.

To be honest I don't know how to open up christian minds, if they could be opened... my personal opinion is... they would all be atheist... but anyways... what I will say from my point of view is... religion, no matter what religion it is... claims to be right, the only way, you think that you know everything.

I hope I am not offending you, for it isn't my intention... but really, think about it... you base your beliefs off of a man made book written over 2,000 years ago, and been through who knows how many changes and translations... and you say it's the word of god!.... at least the koran says that it fell from the sky... which would at least suggest that god wrote it himself.

My point is Shannon, that you (Christians) claim to know it all, you have all the answers in your book... yet you have no proof... only FAITH!.... faith is the answer you are looking for.... stop pushing your faith on people.... if that's what they choose to believe... then fine... it's their right to believe it... but you try to indoctrinate everyone you see, because you think that you are saving their life.

You teach children to believe this stuff, before they know what belief even is.... you don't give people a chance to think and rationalize for themselves.... because if we had a world full of thinking and rational people we would be in a much better world than we are living in today.

Religion/Faith/Indoctrination/Radicalization.... muslim extremists already reached a radical status... using force to either convert or destroy all who don't BELIEVE the way that they do.... I am afraid that christians are heading for the same path... maybe not in the near future.... but eventually.... reason/logic/evidence/rationalization.... are all keys to unlocking this horrible door that most are trapped behind.

so Shannon... I guess I started to PREACH a little there for a minute... I do not hold anything against you personally... for I don't know you at all... but stop and think outside the box for a change.... really think... and question yourself.... ARE YOU ABSOLUTLEY POSITIVE THAT YOU ARE 100% CORRECT... and if you can't say yes to that... then maybe you should think some more about WHAT you believe and WHY you believe it!

if you don't respond... i understand... i get it all the time... but i will say thanks for even attempting to be open minded... even if only for a moment...
