I think the only thing that would really interest me in a church, or when a minister was speaking would be that of live and let live. If you were to actually have a sunday message that doesn't preach fear of everyone not like you, or that doesn't have the same belief system. We are all human beings no matter what the belief, and I personally think that everyone should treat everyone as such!

Next, stop trying to push it off on people. If they want to come and find god... good... let them. The bible says god will show himself to those who SEEK him... not to those who get no choice in the matter (children) (peer pressure) (family) (friends).

I hope you get my point... some people go to church to fit in with their friends, or because that's what their family does, or maybe they have been made to feel guilty. People who want god... will find him/her... even if they don't go to church... or listen to a minister.

I was disowned from my church because of what they thought of me.... not god.... if there is a god.. (which I would need some evidence).. I have no quarrel with him/her.... it's everyone who claims to be his/hers children.... people of faith can be the most hypocritical people on the planet.... and they can also be the nicest... you shouldn't have to wonder if this person will be nice or hateful... no one should act like that.... we all need to just have a little RESPECT!
